Our Policy on…
Unex’s products come with a 12 months warranty, starting from the shipment date. The right of the warrant is uniquely applicable to the original client, which includes shipment/insurance fee, repairment, component replacement, or total refund for the return of goods; all conditions need to fit the latest Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure of Unex.
As a more matured product replaces the outdated one, Unex sets out a policy for the end-of-life (EOL) transition happens smoothly. In general, Unex gives the notice 6 months ahead for any EOL or last order day. The shipment date is 12 months maximum after the last order date. Full details would be provided during sales via e-mail/ phone call.
Certified by the Bureau of Foreign Trade in Taiwan since 2019, as a qualified ICP (Internal Compliance Program) exporter. We stipulate the internal measures required, following the export legislation, and serve as an internal procedure to reduce all risks related to export control.
Unex takes full recognition of the importance of protecting personal information. Hence, we take the responsibility to process with precautions and are committed to protecting all data during the process.
Unex ensures our operations complied with the environmental laws and regulations. Whole practices are consistent with the principles of environmental stewardship. Furthermore, reducing the impact of products and operations through improving our performances is also a crucial value we share with clients.
We set a Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct, making sure both internal/ external acts are eligible. Starting in 2016, the Supplier CSR audit project became our must-have before a partnership.
Knowing the existing concerns over specific minerals (ex: 3TG), Unex performs due diligence on prioritized minerals as guided by the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.
