HR054ag: 802.11 a/b/g 108Mbps Access Point with PoE, Atheros chipset
HR054ag is a business-class dual band IEEE802.11a/b/g Access Point designed specifically for small to medium business looking to deploy dual-band tri-mode network capable of delivering high performance speeds. HR054ag can be configured in any one of three modes: Access Point, WDS (Bridge) and Repeater. Containing two separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz radio transceivers, HR054ag works simultaneously with 802.11a and 802.11g devices. Network administrators can assign one mode in 802.11a and the other in 802.11g to increase productivity and maintain high network efficiency. 802.3af Power over Ethernet (PoE) port enables installation in areas where power outlets are not available. Setting new standards in throughput, range, reliability, and power consumption, HR054ag delivers the ultimate wireless triple play experience of video, voice, and data transmission for the ISPs and enterprises.

- Data rate up to 108Mbps in Super-A/G mode, 54Mbps in standard 802.11a/g mode, or 11Mbps in standard 802.11b mode
- Supports Super-A/G mode to deliver greater than 30 Mbps throughput for Unex!|s Atheros-based clients while simultaneously compatible with non-Atheros clients
- Supports multiple enhanced security including SSID hiding, Denial of Service (DoS), Access Control List, WEP based encryption (64, 128, 152 bits), 802.1x using a primary and a backup Radius servers, TKIP/AES, WPA-PSK, WPA
- Supports multiple operation modes including Access Point, WDS (Bridge), and Repeater
- Wireless repeating functionality in areas without Ethernet wiring
- Supports Multi SSID and VLAN for different security setting
- Supports Quality of Service (QoS) to improve the performance of some specific applications
- Supports 802.3af PoE function to decrease the installation cost when Power-over-Ethernet is available
- Supports settable transmit power levels to adjust coverage cell size
- Support detachable antenna connector to allow use of higher gain antenna
- Remote management via SNMP, HTTP and Telnet
